What does it do?

Toucan is an immersive way to learn a new language while browsing the web. Each time a user visits a website, Toucan automatically translates words and phrases on the page into the language they’re trying to learn.

Why do we need it?

There are 1.8 billion people actively learning a language! We can help in this mission by providing an effortless, immersive way for users to continue or start to learn a new language.

Who is it for?

Everyone! we tend to be popular with students and professionals learning languages but also people that want to learn how to connect with friends and family or are preparing to travel to a new country.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Learning a language is challenging and traditional methods aren’t always effective (and hard to find time for), so we decided to do something different and create an effortless way for the user to be immersed throughout their day.

We are always working to add new languages to the platform and continue to add additional practice tools with our premium subscription. We want to continue on our mission of increasing empathy by making the world multilingual!
