SpeakUp is a one-stop feedback platform that allows users to send in their complaints, feedback and compliments across to the concerned organizations through Twitter, Facebook and Email through a single-click.

Why do we need it?

Most companies have different social platforms where they can be approached, A common man finds it increasingly difficult to decide which platform to go for to get a quicker response. Also, language barrier is a problem people usually face

Who is it for?

SpeakUp caters to anybody who wants to send across a message to another organization. It also helps people who are not comfortable typing in English or maybe do not have a Twitter Account so that even they may speakup easily

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

SpeakUp is India’s 1st one-stop feedback platform. Its users can testify to the responsive of the vendors approached through SpeakUp. The database it relies on is strongly tested and covers 200+ vendors from diverse categories

What’s next?

We plan on improving it by introducing a Track Your Complaint feature whereby the user can see the status of his feedback. Also, on a later stage we wish to make it an interactive platform whereby the mails are directed in the app itself
