What does it do?

SonicSole is a running & walking app designed to inspire people to get and stay in shape. We use a unique combination of original workout music, coaching and what athletes call “Positive Self Talk” to inspire and motivate people.

Why do we need it?

SonicSole is the only app that has created an immersive workout experience using original music that takes you on a workout journey of 20, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. We combine these tracks with different coaches and coaching styles.

Who is it for?

This is not an app for professional athletes that have an easy time with motivation. This is for people who need inspiration to get out of the door for a run or walk.
