What does it do?

R5 Training allows you to log your workouts and we track your progress as you go. We make it easy to adjust weight, record reps, and change exercises in the middle of a workout. You can also share workouts through iMessage.

Why do we need it?

We all know it is important to have a plan when setting goals, and having a plan before you workout is no different. R5 Training allows you to manage your progress, measure success, maximize your efforts, and motivate others to do more!

Who is it for?

R5 Training is for the first time gym-goer all the way to the seasoned athlete. If you are looking for a simpler way to stay organized and track your weight training efforts, R5 Training is for you.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

We have grouped the most common repetition ranges. Allowing for one-tap recording of a set. Supersets with auto advancing between sets. Common weight increments, workout totals, and you can even share your workouts through iMessage.

More statistics on your workouts. We are adding the ability to compare workouts, track increases in weight or reps, and counts on how many times you have completed a workout.
