What does it do?
Plant Jammer makes it easy to cook vegetarian and diverse, by using an AI generated ‘flavor landscape’ that tells the user which ingredients work together. This enables a much quicker and less taxing way to plan your plant-based cooking.
Why do we need it?
Plant Based eating reduces your footprint of water, energy and greenhouse gasses ten-fold relative to meat. You save as much water by not eating one 300 g steak this evening as you would by not showering for two months.
Who is it for?
Plant Jammer has the mission to touch 1 bn people who want to eat more sustainable. Vegetarians, vegans or flexitarians can find inspiration for their next plant-based meal in the app.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
We built a neural network of ingredients based on 3 mn recipes. When we combine this with a gastronomic understanding, we can make a very easy interface for cooking new dishes. The result is an infinite cookbook with no predefined recipes.
