What does it do?

Jojari is a new jobs matching engine that uses self learning algorithms to help match people with jobs. Our aim is to make the job search and employment process easier and less painless for all

Why do we need it?

For job seekers we’re taking the effort out of searching multiple job sites by doing it for them.

From the employer side we’re saving them time by allowing employers to far more easily sort, manage and discover applicants.

Who is it for?

Job seekers, employers and recruiters

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

We’re using machine learning algorithms to help suggest potential companies job seekers will fit and job titles that may better suit them, etc.

For employers, we sort applicants in order of suitability, no more reading bad resumes

What’s next?

We’re just beginning. Eventually we don’t want people searching for jobs at all, we just want to know they are looking and we’ll send them to the right place first time.
