Helprace is the easiest way to manage customer-company interaction. It’s a help desk, self-service portal and customer community rolled into one platform.

Why do we need it?

Helprace is a lot more than a help desk with a self-service portal. We offer businesses a community where users can ask a question, share an idea, report a problem or give praise. This data is seamlessly integrated into the admin interface.

Who is it for?

We are targeting small companies that have a growing customer base. Companies that are poised to grow in size and look to centralize their customer service process early on. And, without spending a fortune in the process, of course.

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

Well-known enterprises such as Zendesk and GetSatisfaction offer a help desk and a community, respectively, but no unified solution. Also, Helprace is ready to use out of the box.
