GitCop works via webhooks on your GitHub repository. Any time a pull request is raised on your repository, each commit in the pull request is checked against the repository rules.
Why do we need it?
If you look at many repositories on GitHub, there is no consistency with the commit messages. Some are too long, others don’t have a body describing the changes and very few have consistency with the subject line format.
