What does it do?
We are a loyalty platform. We offer businesses the ability to launch voucher campaigns to customers through our apps. The voucher campaigns are created with a series of financial rewards that encourage repeat purchases.
Why do we need it?
This is an end-to-end, free voucher ecosystem that takes care of all the hassle – voucher creation, marketing, redemption – after the initial business account setup. All businesses need to do is choose the campaign parameters.
Who is it for?
Businesses, particularly SMEs, looking to gain new and loyal customers, who do not have the time or financial resources to manage loyalty schemes and/or voucher campaigns on their own.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
The voucher ecosystem is end-to-end, customer loyalty is a key focus, and it’s free for businesses to use.
When and how are you opening up your beta to new users?
Businesses can sign up online at app.steppr.com. Currently, we are only partnering with UK businesses built on Shopify. We will be adding the capability for further integrations throughout the year.
When do you plan on launching?
The business-facing part of the platform is live, meaning businesses can sign up now (app.steppr.com) to complete their profiles and have campaigns ready. The customer-facing apps (iOS [can be pre-ordered] & Android) will be released soon.
