What does it do?
It’s a game, so it should entertain.
Originally the idea was of a 1v1 message decipher game, then a single player lyrics cryptogram game and finally a crossword cryptogram game. The last one proved to be very addictive, so it stuck.
Why do we need it?
Well, as with any game you’ll know after you played it.
Who is it for?
It should be for everyone trying to kill some time, I’m aware that older people are usually the target for this type of games, but you never know.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
Well, after implementing it I found out codeword puzzles existed. They are similar, but they use sparse puzzles, clearly because they are easy to generate. It turns out, it’s a different experience playing those, so I think I have a shot.
What’s next?
Well, for this game, not sure. But I have lots of ideas for others. I just need to gather some experience and decide if it’s worth wasting my time developing apps. (I started coding games in ’91 on a Z80 computer)
