What does it do?
Onva is a micro survey delivery platform that allows seamless integration of user feedback directly within a product. This feedback can then be combined to create customer wide insights into how people feel about your product.
Why do we need it?
Companies rarely know how their customers feel until they’re closing their account. Being able to gather bite size pieces of feedback that don’t disrupt the user experience is key to getting honest feedback, and not losing customers.
Who is it for?
Every company that has a user facing product who wants to understand their users, and gather feedback about some aspect of the business. This product can work for everybody.
What makes it stand out from the crowd?
Existing survey platforms live in the past. They’ve made digital clipboard and pen that focuses on the individual, when the world is looking to scale to groups. We’re embedded, while they insist on directing people to their platform.
When and how are you opening up your beta to new users?
When do you plan on launching?
There’s a few features we’d like to have in place before launch which will help people embed the platform in their product. Current ETA is end of April.
